I just ordered mine for the Jeep. Thank you and thanks to Joe for letting us know about these. Do you have these for the scx10.3 Jeep also? If so I might have to buy another one ..I literally sold mine because of how much the clip system bothered me. Thanks again!
@@jakethole I do! Thank you for the order! I make them for SCX24, SCX10, and SCX6 as well as some other Losi products at the moment! If you check out the rest of the store you’ll be able to find them :)
@@brianehrhart9896 That is great to hear! I love to make happy customers and always good to hear that you're still getting solid use out of it many months later :)
I just purchased an SCX6 and obviously have to spend a bunch more money ! But I'll have think it should have been expected ! Thanks for heads up and how to 👍
The Fine Lazer Design body clips are awesome. I got them for the Jeep body, makes battery changes so much easier. The Vitivon pan hard mount is beefy for sure. I will get some c hubs from you EXO!!!! 🤘🤘🤘
thanks for the info, just ordered a honcho.on sale $828.00 sweet, proline supper suamper tires wheels and shift 1/5 servo, now, your mods, servo mount tray first, thanks man!!!
Great tips as I just picked up an scx6 honcho. I'm looking to get more torque as I don't care about speed. What spur/pinion size would you recommend? Thanks
Thank you getting one for Christmas an was going to upgrade servo but better upgrade things you suggest first.ty USMC LCPL DESERTSTORM DISABLED VET T RECKNER
@William Luck Massive improvement for sure. Got some vitavon shock towers as well. I need to get another reciever to swap to my other remote though, for end point adjustment.
I absolutely love Vitavon. I just received my F&R Vitavon axels and just ordered a set of HD drive shafts and their skid plate with link mounts. Next month Im going to get the links, steering links and servo mount. And depending on my budget I may just say hell with it and just order all the rest of the Vitavon lineup for the SCX6. Then on to the body with some paint details and other scale details.
What’s the point of spending so much money just get metal or something cheaper ? I though about it but it’s so expensive both axles are like 800$ that’s nuts not counting you’d need links etc
@@sunnyv1281 No, that is not true. Both axles are 400 bucks. Plus, I did not buy every thing all at the same time. I bought one item at a time over a year. I think I bought the axles first, the the skid plate, then the driveshafts and links, then the shock mounts, then the trans housing, then all the frame cross members.
@@sagnhill I’ve looked it up it’s like 800$ for front and rear axle I’m kinda new to this and want to get vitavon parts should I get front and rear or housing axles or they same thing because I want to get portals housing as well

Fantastic video and breakdown. I have the same truck. I totally agree with your assessment. One question. Is there any reason you decided to go with the stock location vitavon mount and not the V2 version that moves the servo to the front? Thanks! 🍻
Hm, sometimes bare aluminum looks good to me, sometimes, not so much. I think the shock towers look good, but I’d prefer the steering links to be anodized or painted. I don’t like shiny in that area, haha.
Beautiful 😍 shock towers they look MEAN 😠… HEY Do you know if there is going to be any new releases or V2 of the SCX6 or like another model to compliment the already existing SCX6? Weather you know or not, when is usually the time they come out with new stuff? Like October-ish?
Good to know about these upgrades but you speak so casually about vitavon like they aren't twice the price....also why not do the whole axle ? In metal I mean......
how can you do all that work installing those parts and not show us the end result to show all that flexing fixed...pretty much watched that whole video for nothing, still dont know if those parts where worth it or not
I think it is funny when people act like metal absolutely cannot flex at all there's no flex just a lot less even full-size cars and trucks have flex when U-Turn and when you hit uneven ground
Metal does flex, even concrete flexes. Some materials flex better without fatiguing as fast. In Fact the CHUBS on this can get flex but it will be from the plastic housing they are on.
@@ExocagedRC u took me wrong brother of course we all mod our rcs only point i was making its rather crappy of horizon to charge that much for an rc and use right down cheap parts on it but that seems to be growing in popularity with a lot of companies like that panhard 1000% they know that is not going to work with a 5th scale servo and how much would they be out doing it right ? 7 dollars an rc if that ?
@@ExocagedRC lol, i didnt mean it like that. I meant the quality of the scx6 is a joke. Also I dont buy rtr because i replace everything anyways so i buy a chasis and build it.
