Thank you for the tips! I have been tearing my hair out trying to figure out what was wrong with the tension. I "flossed" for the first time and the stitches look great!
Wonderful news! Isn't it crazy how something so simple can create such a mess? Glad you're back up and running with smooth, beautiful stitches! =)
I truly appreciate your tips. I have wondered about this method, after seeing it in comments on many embroidery sites!
You're most welcome! Just make sure that what you use to floss your machine doesn't have any coating on it at all. =)
Very good tips.Thank you from Puerto Rico.
You're most welcome!
Wonderful advice, I got out some thread in my tension discs I hadn’t been able to remove, thanks
Awesome! Great to hear it helped! =)
Hi Bonnie I just found you and I love all your Tips and Thank for making these very helpful video 😘🌹
Thank you for the kind words! I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the tips! 😊
Thank you so much for providing this video. My thread keeps breaking I have done everything and I think it is lint in the tension disc. I get lint when I rethread.
This is great , thank You
You're most welcome. =)
Love your site!
Thanks! Happy to have you here. =)
Bonnie, you're wonderful and I really enjoy watching your videos. Please don't get upset at me for pointing out that your dental floss had "residue" (noun), not "residual" (adjective).
No upset at all! I sometimes think one thing and say another or mess up thinking ahead. Walking and talking is a challenge for me at times. Thank you! Hubby corrects me as well. He's still working on me. LOL I'm glad you found the video helpful. =)
Sew Inspired by Bonnie Thanks! You're very gracious.
Deborah emailed me privately and commented that some fishing line has a coating on it or is coated with a coloring. If you find fishing line that is coated or not clear in color, please do not use that to floss your machine(s). You want the clear, uncoated type I used in the video! Thanks Deborah for your tip! =)
Hi from Edmonton, Alberta Canada
Hi!
Hello, I really enjoy your vids but noticed you have not made one in 2 years. Are you intending on making any new videos in the future? Thx so much:)
Thank you for your kind words. I've taken a break from the RUclips videos and think about returning in some form or fashion when life settles down a bit. Right now, I continue to have a weekly blog on my website that you might find helpful here: sewinspiredbybonnie.com/blogs/bonnies-blog I hope you'll join me over there.
It’d be really helpful if you’d show the front of the machine when flossing it.
Never heard of this

Great to hear you found it helpful. =)
Sorry I forgot to tell you I am in South California
