No no, Thank you for making this unique game 🙏😔.. Jason and I are patiently waiting on Outward 2’s release. In the meantime we’re attempting to complete the current story
Love this game. It's a game for sophisticated gamers, who prefer a more challenging experience with no handholding. It rewards preparation and planning and punishes stupidity. Combat is extremely addictive when you learn to focus on the enemy's stability bar (the white bar under health). couple tips: -Build lots of traps early on and set up a bunch of them before engaging in combat. If the fight is not going well, run back to the traps. -The 'Push kick' ability is your best friend in combat early on. Start every combo with it to keep the enemy off balance while you attack them. -Take off your backpack when in combat. You move more quickly and your dodgeroll has I-frames and is much quicker. -Cook the crab-eye seeds and combine them with linen cloth to make a poison rag to apply poison to your weapon before a fight. -Read the descriptions of every item. Often, you can decipher new recipes just by looking at them. -Keep an eye on your stat page as there are many ways to die: you can freeze or burn to death, die of starvation, dehydration, collapse from fatigue, poison, disease or infections. -After you eat, drink, or consume anything, go to your buff/debuff tab to find out how it affects you IN PLAIN ENGLISH. -And remember, every death scenario is a "blessing in disguise," allowing you to learn or gain something you didn't have before. Pay attention.
Just look at a landmark, see what direction it is on the compass, boom. Amazing how foreign the concept is to a lot of people. You can get used to it pretty quick though.
@MinecraftMartin We weren’t paying attention to the map when we started, also didn’t even know what the village was called. Now we can comfortably read the map 😭
@@tyeirl_ Your gameplay is pretty fun. Love seeing people do honest blind playthroughs. Especially for this game. Really shows how conditioned we are with QoL in other games lol Subbing!
Some tips for the new players I've learned. Amazing game but had the same problem: 1. Do Helen's mission for Blister Burrow(Had to look it up but she wants the shield) 2. Stay in the starting area as long as it takes to learn combat 3. You can get mana before any of the mission lines but TYE and bro did it good too imo Extra: Craft as much as you can and learn recipes because it makes it easier by far
Gonna restart the play through, cause we left hella early and was tasked to fight 3 lords or something 💀💀💀.. and there’s no way we can take on something like that
@@tyeirl_ It can be difficult if you fight them, if you read through your options it's pretty easy, almost finished that quest line myself, tbh the ghost pass is a great place to get loot
Outward is amazing game for me, I love the magic and the worldbuilding. I have high hopes for Outward 2, their combat showcase was lit!! ^^ So much smoother feel to the melee combat and magic it seems.
This game took me by surprise after playing a lot of Bethesda games. But I go to admit that once I got past the steep adjustment period, this is in my top 5 games ever.
@@tyeirl_ Me any my friend went in Blind for the first 10-15 hours, but then we started looking up only small things like food crafting recipes and where to get ingredients, go in spoiler free is my recommendation
This game is definitely for player who always complain about realistic adventure. When the map indicator wasn't like game at all but just a piece of paper and it need 100% real institution also real navigator instinct. When it comes to something you don't want to fight, please no fight with that savage creatures.
Thanks for playing!

Heh, the no map position marker part seems to catch a lot of players.
I’m determined to complete this game- but my friend on the other hand isn’t so willing 💀
It's caught him not me 🫡

One of my favourit game. But seeing you get to Monsoon like that makes me think that it is a bit under tutorialized. :D great vid!
Thank youuu, it was a headacheee figuring it all out. We still got more to complete, but getting my friend to play again is the biggest hassle lmao !
speaking of tutorial, they probably didnt do it.
@@HeyzDexy probably not
@@tyeirl_ I do recommend to watch ratatoskr video on it. It is probably a good introduction to it.
This game makes you regret sleeping during those geography classes

Appreciate it dawg, I hope you stay along for the ride. Although this channel isn’t strictly gaming 😎
Just watching you guys run around so wildly unprepared is hilarious.

@@tyeirl_ glad to hear you guys are getting back into it! it’s such a great game, particularly once you work it all out.
Watching these guys makes me feel like I'm not a noob at the game even tho i am 😂

Hot take this game is really easy lol, just takes a lil figuring out
currently editing another video on the game, starting fresh this time

I just called the old lady female odin.
