Three carpules (2ml carpules, 40mg/ml) of local anesthesia X are required to obtain adequate local anaesthesia. To obtain the same degree of anaesthesia with local anaesthetic Y, five carpules (2ml carpules, 40 mg/ml) are required. If no other information about the two drugs is available, then it is accurate to say that drug X
A: - is more potent than Y.
B: - is less potent than drug Y.
C: - is more efficacious than Y.
D: - is less efficacious than drug Y.
