Ryan! We can't thank you enough for all your videos. I'm getting some coaching for my dental exams and at the end of the day, I have to come back to your video to get a full understanding of my lectures. A good friend of mine scored 100, she was the one that recommended your videos. You are such a great human being. What goes around comes around. God bless you with happiness, health and wealth. Keep on with the good work, Ryan!

I've learned from this video that:
    - Hyperglycemia is excessive blood sugar causes symptoms such as frequent urination, frequent thirst, increased mouth dryness, and headaches.
    - Nitroglycerin is a nitrate and vasodilation is the way it works, it increases the amount of oxygenated blood that can reach the heart by widening the coronary arteries, which is exactly what the heart needs to operate properly. The heart needs oxygen severely.

Ryan so well placed. I thank you for your presentations. Wish you did this for Hygienists. Your information is relevant even fir those of us not in command like a Dr. As for Morphine. It is also a respiratory dilator. Plus pain constricts. Re leaf from pain helps one breathe. I know morphine is controversial. I am in recovery. Had a friend they gave it too. She was a cardiac nurse an Addict. It was necessary.

  • @MariaMagdyGirgisHannaMankariou

1- Angina the chest pain symptoms are caused by some stimulus like exercise stress something like that unstable angina is when you have chest pain but it's less predictable and the chest pain can occur even at rest angina is ischemia without necrosis so the heart is not getting enough oxygenated blood.
2- Nitroglycerin is a nitrate and it works via vasodilation so again it's allowing more oxygenated blood to reach the heart by dilating the coronary arteries which is what the heart desperately needs it desperately needs oxygen in order to function.
3- Hyperglycemia too much blood sugar you typically experience dry mouth increased thirst weakness headache blurred vision and frequent urination.
4- Thrombocytopenia low platelet bleeding time in reality it's not that useful of a test but the theory is that bleeding time is a time required for blood to clot and is increased in disorders of platelet count so platelet function is tested with bleeding time tests so aspirin is an antiplatelet drug it's not an anti coagulant so it will affect the bleeding time.
5- Fainting and it's often related to a needle anxiety so for people who are very afraid of getting an injection this syncope is often stress-related.
