Glad to hear you enjoyed it! And it is not "antibiotic prophylaxis" in the traditional sense. You would prescribe a full course of antibiotics for them to take so they are covered for the extraction and the healing period thereafter (at least one week). You could use Amoxicillin 500mg as an example.
Before starting bisphosphonates treatmmt teeth indicated for extraction is 1) sharp tooth, 2) gr 2 mobile tooth 3) purulent tooth 4) deep poccket tooth.
