  • I use to remember always eating these steam buns at the fair every Saturday morning. Definitely brings back memories of the islands. Decided to give it a try and what do you know? It was delicious! My brothers ate the entire batch. Well if you know polynesians, we love our corned beef. Hope you all enjoy!

    Try pre-cooking the corned beef and straining out SOME of the oil/fat. The fat from the corned beef was absorbed by the dough and resulted in little to no rise.

    Never heard of corned beef hash buns but I love hash so I'm willing to try. I like that the buns were not specially wrapped so it made for a "home made" affect.

      Bro a fresh corned beef is like 10 bucks and can feed a whole family. Fuck the can, i only use the can for corned beef sammy's. Still that dough was well made, and those would taste good the garlic would get rid of the cheap tinny flavour.

    Be careful you use the right corner beef folks. Dont get it mixed with the Chinese imported corned beef.

    How long did you let the dough rest

  • @barristanselmy2758
    @barristanselmy2758 6 лет назад +3

    You went to the trouble of making a fresh dough, and then you use canned corned beef. Come on lol. I bet it was still nice because i do like canned corned beef, i might make this but only use a fresh bit of boiled corn beef, a piece with lots of fat on it.
