    While these guys talk about Palmer, I genuinely think Jackson is going to end up making a lot of reactionary pundits and fans look very silly. He’s up to 16 goals and 6 assists, including 13 goals and 5 assists in the EPL. People very quickly forget he’s only 22 and in his first season in England. He now has the same amount of goals as Drogba in his debut season (16) and three more EPL goals (13) than Drogba had in his first season (10). People were very quick to write him off when it’s very clear his first touch, dribbling, hold up play, combination play, pace, running the channels, and tracking back are all excellent. If his finishing really does go to the next level he’s going to end up being a very good player.

    Some will say they were mad to let them go but you never know how players will develop and if they had stayed who would they oust from the first team. At RB we have Reece James and Malo Gusto so Livramento, although being exceptional wouldn't get into the team.

    Nice to see a bit of praise for Connor, there’s a section of Chelsea supporters who point blank refuse to believe that any Cobham boy is good enough for us. He is the heart of the club at this time; from a Chelsea family in a Chelsea supporting part of the world, been at the club for as long as he can remember, and most importantly plays like he’s fully aware of this.

    The perfect place for him to develop is the club he was at. If he was at Manchester City his trajectory would've probably been similar to Foden. At Chelsea he is able to show what he can do more regularly but his ceiling now probably won't be as high as a result. Ask Bruno Fernandes.

    • @callumlucas4444
      @callumlucas4444 9 дней назад

      Bruno Fernandes is irrelevant his early career was spent in lower leagues. Palmer is playing week in week out in of the toughest leagues in the world which he wouldn’t be at City. Foden had 3 to 4 times the minutes than palmer did by 21, so his trajectory is nothing like his you’re just chatting a load of waffle.
