For me it should be between Xavi and Eddie Howe. Xavi would be unrealistic due to one of the reasons which make me think he's good for the job. He boldly speaks the truth for the fans. He's rumoured to be in a position of sacking for this, and the current Chelsea owners wouldn't want to hear the truth either. Also, Xavi works well in a stingy financial situation.
Eddie Howe on the other hand is a more realistic and probably a better option. He took a down and out Newcastle to the UCL and competed there only to lose to the referee against PSG. I feel he'd be able to lift Chelsea to title reckoning cuz he's got experience of achieving unlike Graham Potter who only played attractive football at Brighton if anyone mentions him.
McKenna may have promoted Ipswich to the Prem, but he needs to handle top tier pressure and gain experience there before potentially joining Chelsea. He is CURRENTLY not a good option.
Okay now i have big concerns! I’ve been Poch out since the league cup. If you were wanting champions league football that’s when they should’ve sacked him. But he ended up showing some kind of tactics at the end of the season and now the players want him to stay. My point is that it is too late to sack him now. The board is so clueless.

Been saying it for days now, that this ClownLake ownership is not to be trusted! 2 years in ClownLake's ownership & we're bottled a billion on young inexperienced players, we lost to liverpool kids in the carabao cup final & we couldn't even beat a tired man city squad in the semi-final of the fa cup. Poch wasn't the guy that the fans wanted in the 1st place & after a turbulent season we qualified for a European competition with a decent 6th place. Now the rumoured that this ownership wanted champions league qualifications instead then why did they spent a billion on inexperienced instead of experienced players? This is why top managers & players should avoid joining the 💩 show of a project! We're a pure profit asset for ClownLake. It's all about the £ & not about winning 🏆!
For me getting rid of poch makes no sense at all. He’s halved our finish position from last year with a brand new squad of players who are young, needed time to adjust to their new team mates and in a new league. For me poch has actually done quite well and I believe he deserves to at the very least see out his two year contract.
Maybe our owners are confused about EFL Championship and UEFA Champions League levels. Chelsea needs a manager that knows how to successfully manage a squad across multiple competitions, specifically playing in Europe mid week. This is not the same as the early Roman era where CFC were already winning domestic trophies. This squad needs to find stability from one of the following: retaining Poch, hiring a serial winner as manager, or buying experienced players that are focused on winning silverware.
These directors should be under review if Poch is also these owners should be asking themselves is their plan of buying young actually working
If the Board want Poch for next season, they will have already made it Public. If he was invited to a dinner by Boehly without being given an inkling about his future that’s a bad sign. The owners are shopping for their desired replacement as we speak and unless they don’t get their person he will be replaced.

Pochettino doesn't deserve 10 minutes much less 10 games he's been a weak manager all season lacking awareness about his players who was in the squad not focusing on the players strengths instead of making excuses every week .
