Autumn what strength and courage that took. I did the same thing 44 years ago with my dad's death from a heart attack at age 39. My youth choir sang over him and me and my 2 sisters joined them. You have a beautiful voice and now to carry on the legacy and teach your baby boy about God's love and the love of a great family. May God bless you and give you strength and peace.

For about 7 days after the plane crashed there was the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever had. The Spirit was so evident and a calming peace came to me for those nights. I have lost both parents and my sister as well and to this day I can’t sing Because He Lives (their favorite song) without tears. This was beautiful. So many prayers are being lifted for you all. The strength Autumn has shown through all of this has just blown me away. My parents don't even like me, my sister literally almost never talks to me, and I think I would still cry trying to be this strong and sing if and when that time comes... I am a Chistian - saved by grace but I know I don't have what Autumn has yet I want what Autumn has. The way she has handled this has been unbelievably impressive and I know it's because of her walk with the Lord.

From the time I was about 14 Amber was my favorite singer in the business. Because we know most of the same people we became very good friends in our 20s. Going to a lot of homecoming concerts in the last few years I’ve gotten to spend some time with Autumn and Kellie‘s brother Todd just did roof work for me as that is his business. I love them dearly. As I said, Amber was probably my favorite female vocalist of all time but Autumn sounds so much like her. It is frightening.
What strength Autumn has in Christ to be able to get up & sing at her family's celebration of life service. She now has a legacy to carry on. She'd make a great gospel soloist if this is the direction God leads her in. My condolences go out to Autumn & I know with God she will get through the pain & sorrow. Wow was that ever moving.....my pillow is soaked. My Christian mother died in 2001 and I have missed her every day since. I'm 70 now and look forward to seeing her....and the Nelons.....again!
