I rode all at the local Beta Demo day event, I was blown away at the fact that I was fastest on the DUAL SPORT 390 over the 250RR and 300RR. The 200RR is a ultra light weight blast for woods too!!
RR-S is a specific “streetable” version for the North American market - we don’t have them in Europe. Main differences are the engine map offers lower emissions and slightly reduced power as a result on the RR-S. It also has more road going equipment such as a key, a massive license plate holder, charcoal canister, blinkers and so on. Frame, suspension and so on are identical between the RR and RR-S. The Race Editions are the same as the RR but with KYB forks (and now rear shock in 2023), and some extra bling bits and graphics. Hopefully that helps a little?
430 has a big piston and with a really big crank it can effortlessly put out a lot of power from low to high RPM it just produces where is the 390 gets on it with the big piston and short crank it really revs up quick with a lot of horsepower
I purchased a 23’ 390 race. Did you guys not notice the massive difference in spring rates from front to rear? I’m 170 rider weight, yet have to loosen the valving drastically more than the front just to get the bike to balance front to rear. Even with sag at or below 38mm static it’s still too stiff, yet forks are almost too plush
Good Morning, hmm we have always felt the bikes are pretty well balanced right from the factory. But we all ride so many new bikes we have learned to hop on and enjoy the bike no matter where the suspension is lol. Any ride time is GOOD Time lol. You are welcome to change the springs to adjust for your liking tho! Enjoy the ride, Jared
Good Morning, TV Land is not a pro caliber track with 200 ft booters so the off road suspension works good! If we were comparing an MX version VS a woods bike then no that would not be a fair comparison but all 3 bikes were set up identically. If you landed the jumps on the down slope the off road suspension does just fine. Thanks for watching, Jared
@@3SeasRecreationJust my thoughts on this subject as well… I get that it was as fair a test as possible with set up being the same etc, but would it not have made more sense to have taken them to an enduro track rather than MX? I know it’s pretty mild but still nothing like what the vast majority of buyers will use these bikes for. Rocks, roots, walking pace sections, hills, fast open stretches etc. 🤷🏼♂️
Got to race my 350 in my first Hare Scramble Sunday, great weather in Ohio. I had the only Beta. Thanks for the plastics and decals I need to make my Christmas list soon. Burr Here’s a link to a video someone made in the 30plus class. ruclips.net/video/lkPFaui61Qw/видео.html
Good Morning, Yes we understand. We were 200 yards away from the tracks dn behind our trailer.. Still didn't help with the 4 stoke bikes... We are learning and will do better! Enjoy the ride, Jared

I personally think beta makes the best looking bike out of any other bike manufacturer.
I agree!
Good looking yes, most reliable no
@@shannonscott5788 what's broken on your beta?
@@matt23727 my uncles 390 was smoking so bad that they are replacing the motor. It had 57 miles on it.
Too bad they don't have different color schemes
Good comparison and interesting results. Nice bikes, those Beta's.

Why no 480 RE in this one?
I can’t seem to find out on line the difference between a 390 rr and a 390 rr s ? Is There is more of a difference than blinkers ?

So testing woods bike on a MX track….Talk about that? So under suspended?? Maybe?

I also raced that hare scramble at SVR! I was a Yamaha 450 tho. Thinking about the 390 beta re
480, go full fat!
If I had a 480 at the shop we would of brought i! Truth is I don't sell many 480s up here in the north east. To many trees! Enjoy the ride, Jared

430 has that huge crank and with the big piston it just really pumps out the power of very effortlessly
