Not even at 1 min yet but for when your trying to sleep I recommend squishy‘s!! Cuz there not loud and the squishys can help stress! It also won’t hurt u in the night if u fall asleep with it in your hands! And I also don’t recommend small squishy‘s! There also a soft pillow with your head but don’t use it when you have wet hair I learned that the hard way!!

Ok but can I just say if you are in public you are also not afraid to death to be in public or go to the pool and not scared of people ( like me I have extremely bad anxiety and couldn’t go out side in my own back yard for 4 months or so because I thought everyone was looking at me)then there is no reason to bring fidgets in public yes nerotypical people do need sensory needs but as someone with anxiety autism spd adhd and more I’d rather not say I feel like they don’t need fidgets like an INSANE amount I have a basket full that’s all I need not 2000 ok I’m sorry if you disagree I just needed to get this out of my system
