We can start by telling them the truth. When they come to you with these dodgy ideas, tell them straight that they are going to be scammed.

I heard about this around 2015/2016 it was scamming as well MMM. This isn't new. I am surprised people still believe in it.

What happens to the money invested if found?
Most of these scammers spend the money as soon as it comes in, buying houses, cars, holidays, flights, eating out, etc. All these assets bought with stolen money are confiscated, and the scammer's bank accounts are frozen until the court case is over. Whatever is left will be divided between victims, but it takes years, and if you are lucky, you might get something like 10% of what was stolen from you. It is sad

We are under debt review without a car this time, because of a scammer who got hold of my husband. I felt helpless as I saw how far my husband would go to pay up. My story is one of horror😢.
