Funny story, I actually just learned that the river rock thing is illegal so I won’t be doing that 😅 and my husband vetoed brick, so we might just be doing oak flooring. I guess we’ll see!

Carpet is the cheapest flooring option after painting/staining floors and area rugs found at estate sales/thrifting etc. If it's a kids space you might regret Carpet unless you actually don't allow food, drink, paint supplies/craft supplies etc to ever be in there. Wood in a bathroom can be an issue if not ventilated properly. Tile or there are now PVC pannels that are cheaper but look like tile are pretty good for durability. I've renovated 4 and now on my 5th house so i know but still am learning all the newer products available Tom just can't keep up. You just speak quickly bur you're new to this. That will get better with time. Gotta ignore non-positive comments.
Yay! I do love the new layout plan. ❤❤❤
How exciting!
Ignore Tom and be yourself! 😍
Not river or field rock on the kitchen floor. Instead I see brick floor in the kitchen. I love the oak floors.

Yuck! No way. Carpet is disgusting stuff. Plus it would not suit the style design. I see brick floor with machine washable rag rugs.
