I've owned my Super 73 RX since October 2021, and I love it! I love it so much that I just got alot of upgrades done to it, and got those cool fancy off-road tires! I dumped another 4k into my bike making it worth around 8k. I love my super73 alot!! Best bike on the market for me! I live in Florida so, I don't have mountains to traverse, so it makes it easy to get up and go! I live in Interlachen on a patch of dirt roads, so yeah.... I am always off-roading and having fun

Great to see another review from you man. Your old videos were a big influence on the bikes I've owned, and It's awesome to see you keep going. Keep it up
The Spark CycleWorks Bandit is the bike to get and you can even add on a second battery for longer range. Super 73's are all hype without any substance and I enjoy flying past them while riding on my Bandit with dual batteries every time.
@@JCizzleSoCal I ride with a group of guys that own the Super 73 RX stock and yes they do look better than the Bandit but they can't keep up with me. The Super 73's have no torque or power, it's terrible to pedal, you can forget about going up a hill without pedal assist and the range is definitely not there. And let me not talk about the motor issues 3 of these guys are having with their Super 73 RX. Some of these guys do like their Super 73's though but all of them don't like having to spend extra thousands of dollars on them if they wish to gain any more power.
If the price is out of your budget, amazon has 1500 watt ebikes with a similar style for just under 8 bills shipped. I've had mine for a year, and no issues. But they do use generic components and there's no real customer support, so i'd pay a little more for a third party warranty. But if you can afford the 73, i'm sure its worth it.
I feel like if you lose your license or don't want to pay for insurance or gas or stickers every year it's the next best thing. My car took a knee and I was humbled into using the local bus system till I couldn't do it anymore. It was definitely a step up. I feel like if you can get. Valid license and maybe offord an 50-200$ In gas/insurance or even financing the extra cost as a price of security in case it's stolen or wrecked might be worth it. If that the case I'd say go for a mini moto. If learning gears and stuff seems too hard. Definitely pick up the r or rx. Iv had the r for a year and I'm thinking of getting my m1/m2 permit and picking up a Honda Navi, Grom or z125. Haven't quite gotten there yet but I'm almost at that point.
the only reason i purchased the bike was because of its modification options, its customizable i can install other battiries on it or tires unlike other class 3 e-bikes they are hard to modify or costumize.
Tannus armour fixed my puncture problems. I pretend I've grown up; I didn't actually do it. Super73 will put a smile on your face. Can't ride a motorcycle on the sidewalks and bike paths. No license plates, cycle endorsement or insurance required. No real maintenance, no noise or stinking gasoline either. Plus enjoying the sights at a leisurely pace without impacting negatively on others is half the fun.

Good review. Had it suggested on my feed. I spent too much on a Bafang bbshd kit and odds and ends, but I used a good looking donor gravel bike with flat bars (Poseidon Redwood) and did a really good job with the install/cable management and I'm happy. The Redwood was my first new bike in 10 years and I had it a year before I installed the kit, kit was $1500, bike $900. The Super 73's and Grizley's are nice, just like the Sur Ron's and EMTB's, but it is possible to build a cool ebike and minimize the battery and cabling and end up with something that you really enjoy the asthetic of. We just need better Super 73 and mtb/ gravel frame only options that allow for solid battery/motor/controller/wire management so you can have a bike with better specs for half the price. Oh and battery packs that the customer can disassemble that have an inner framework for the batteries that allow you to easily swap out all 18650 batteries with new ones for a 1/4 of the price of a new battery pack.
I have the same exact one and loving it but mine only reaches top speed of 20 mph on either pedal or throttle 😢 Is there a way to increase the top speed of 28+ speed??
Choose the Mojave over the standard RX every time. I also enjoy the fact I can ride to the mall in the next town over and back without a recharge. I don't have the money for insurance, nor do I have a license since I live pretty close to a city area. I can ride from the dirt roads around my house out to the road without issue. I choose this ebike over the city bus that smells like hobo urine every day of the week. I agree that the peddle feature is super pointless. I will never peddle again. lol
Yep but just get the EU app and unlock it (can also add throttle if wanted), Then you can put it on mode 4 and peddle effortlessly whilst keeping under the 16mph limit on main and busy roads. It's the best feeling in the world peddling at 30mph (sometimes throttling) when nobody is around on the streets or over huge open fields - its just sooo worth it! The light peddling whilst going 16mph alone is so effortless it makes it fun. You get up to 16mph so fast lol. If you can afford it, I would get it and then get the offroad kit :) . Been stopped by police once in 2 years and he was just taken away by the fact it looks too much like a motorcycle (ive customized my bike to look more like a sports cafe racer with the RX seat) - I wear a helmet and keep to the limit in most areas - so wasn't doing anything illegal by eye lol. You can then point to the EPAC license on the bike fram, ensuring the 250w cap and limit regulation. Just advise people to be curteous and vigilant, dont be fools who give E bikes a bad name (like E scooters) and ruins it for those who just want to enjoy themselves whilst being mindful of others.
