Alda is an IT professional with almost 20 years of experience working as a part of Accenture Baltics leadership team.
Her career path started very far from IT and the first steps at Accenture were taken at age of 30. The journey spans 2 continents and many personal and professional learnings.
She will share the story of her career growth in IT from her personal perspective as well as her take on Accenture’s research regarding gender equality during Covid 19 “If not now - when”.
