Another great video and appreciate the update. Who knows what the Bears are gong to do since the City Chicago is in no fiscal position to help finance the construction of a new stadium.
NFL stadiums have got to the point where I don’t even care about them because the price of the tickets are so crazy… I like sports and love the history of stadiums… but I feel like the direction they are going I’m no longer a fan of. It’s too much in the direction of a VIP night club with bottle service rather than a venue to view athletics.
I kinda agree with you, but the Titans sold out all their club level PSLs two or three months ahead of schedule. So long as people buy these tickets, they'll keep wringing more money out of htem.
Every time i see these new NFl stadium, all i think about is Minnesota got lucky with the timing 😅 US bank stadium looks like a steal now, compared to theses new stadium
It's nice how this video pointed out how much public money is being spent on the new Bills stadium, yet didn't mention that the New Nissan Stadium exceeded that total by almost $400,000,000. With a total of $1.26 Billion in public funding.
@@LaBreeceTVI am in favor of public funding. But new rule is...a stadium has to be more than 30 to 35 years old before a new stadium is even thought of. Oakland was so behind that when it was their turn..they cried broke
So, long shot.... Nashville wants MLB. Rays are a mess. Old Nissan stadium could probably house baseball once football moves out, giving the Rays a place to play until a new MLB only facility gets built.
As a Nashvillian and psl holder of the titans, that's not happening. Once construction completes on the new stadium, they'll tear down old nissan stadium and build around like the braves did with Truist Park.
I’m a titans fan and go to all the games at nissan, and i can confidently say that’s not happening. The reason the Titans are even getting a new stadium in the first place is because current nissan stadium is literally falling apart. You are right though when saying nashville wants an mlb team, and if they actually do get a team, the stadium for them could be in the titans parking lot, or it could be a couple miles away, but nissan stadium will 100% get demolished.
Ticket prices are 50.00 to 150.00 more than they were 3 years ago, I can't afford to go to a regular season game unless I buy an upper level seat for 135.00 to 145.00
When they replaced Giant Stadium in NJ, there wasn't anything wrong with the old stadium, the owner did't want a domed stadium saying were a cold weather team. So they they built in more heated luxury boxes and a really nice one for the owner who apparently doesn't like the cold weather himself. If they would have built a domed stadium the venue could have been used for other events and been more profitable helping to pay back, more tax revenue, all of the breaks and assistance from the taxpayers (government).
I don't think taxpayer money should go into those projects. People in less populated parts of the states will never set foot in those facilities. Many do not even care if football is played there.
Inflation cost have gone way up within the past 5 years. Buffalos new stadium was originally going to cost 1.3 billion when it was first proposed 4 years ago.
Your videos are the best. I’ve always enjoyed how epic and grand they feel at the intro… great editing and feel as always!

Yummy
Should build a Light Rail from downtown Buffalo to Orchard Park.

I'm glad that the new stadium is taking shape.I am a 40 year Bills fan,but the team better get to the Super Bowl soon!
Love ya videos bro . Keep up the good work 💫 ps if you do any more videos on stadiums that got demolished can you please do the spectrum

I can't confirm but I don't think Nashville's groundbreaking was open to the public either.

That would be crazy. I have never thought of that idea.

Nashville gets a roof, but not Buffalo?
Gotta keep that snow game advantage 😂
Minnesota Vikings has a roof
Buffalo Bills stadium for 2 billion dollars and without a roof? Get those shovels ready for the snow.
Still waiting for clarification on how many seats will have some kind of heating, be it overhead or heated seats themselves.
Yeah I never understood why they didn't build it to where you can put a roof on it later on.
@@RhinoXpress football should be played outside.
They don't need a roof.

It's crazy to think Nashville and buffalo same amount of money but the Nashville stadium looks so much nicer than buffalo
Now we gotta get the rays and A’s stadiums up and going
I guess in Buffalo it's still going to be the Frezzer Bowl experience.
Titans have a greatttt new stadium the best ♦️
I don’t want to think about 2026 just 2025 thank you

I really like the Nashville stadium. Looks like a great place to host a lot of different events all year. Unlike Buffalo.
Most major concert tours are in the summer
Just wont to say the bills stadium has had concerts there last one being Luke Combs earlier this year in April
Buffalo spending $2.1 billion🤦♂
Nashville at $2.2 Billion🤦♂
By opening day, both at over $3 billion.💸
How can the Bills stadium have that high of a price tag, it looks average when compared to the Titans which looks much nicer.
Yeah you ain't building a new stadium for under 2 billion anymore. With that type of money these stadiums better last 50 years.
I don't think taxpayer money should go into those projects. People in less populated parts of the states will never set foot in those facilities. Many do not even care if football is played there.
Nowhere near large enough to host high profile concerts or conventions? What are you smoking?
The Bills stadium does NOT LOOK LIKE A $2 Billion Dollard Stadium. Not even close when compared with the other new recent stadiums.
Inflation cost have gone way up within the past 5 years. Buffalos new stadium was originally going to cost 1.3 billion when it was first proposed 4 years ago.
Thank the tax payers of NY You Buffalo fans
