Well, I finally fixed mine, you'll have to take the top off, and the back plate off, then make sure you drain all the water from the drum, either get suction machines from home depot or doing it old fashioned. Eventually you should be able to tip it over and see the bottom of the drum, there's more likely socks or coins or debris blocking that part, once you unclog it and clean everything out, just put it all back together and it'll run properly. Took me a while to find the right steps but should take no more than 3 hrs.
When you tip it over do you need to remove stuff to see the bottom of the drum? Sorry if that is a dumb question. I have to do that to mine and I'm wondering what kind of tools I will need
@J A you'll need to remove the agitator and the drum / basket to see what I'm talking about, you'll need regular tools, but mine was old and need to use de greeser to remover the agitator as it was stuck from soap and old softner and old sock and some coins was blocking it
@J A there's a video here of a guy taking the machine apart I followed his steps and ended up finding the sock wnd coin blocking the drain side. I'll link it for you
