  • Episode 6 - Our call to the wild was strong within us both and so we decided to change our plans and head to one of Europe’s last remaining wildernesses, an area we had been very much looking forward to! We had managed to wild camp in other areas of Europe but we wanted to be more remote, with more freedom to explore and start to get stuck into what Project Wild Earth is all about. If you'd like to know more about us, Project Wild Earth, The Projects and how this all came about, click here: projectwildearth.com/ For our journey, we are driving Jane, our INEOS Grenadier, and live in a Patriot X3 Trailer so we can travel off-road to remote locations and be off-grid for long periods of time.
Thank you for coming along on our journey!

I enjoy your videos. you can even make them shorter, 5-10 minutes and it will be all good. I'm a big fan of gopro on top of the roof between the safari windows as a perspective when you roll into new areas and don't want to go too elaborate with your filming. Good luck!

Thanks for the comment Par. As for the length, it largely depends on how much footage we have to be honest. GoPro on the roof is a good idea. 👍

Love this video folks. Stunning footage. Great edit. Great tunes, hard to find this level of care, quality and thoughtful videography on RUclips. As a weekend family ‘overlander’ myself I can only tip my hat to you both for pulling this major trip off.
I don’t hug trees either but I would certainly hug your rig if it was mine 😂
Love it. What trailer is that?
Happy trails folks! Liked and subscribed, I even hit the bell 🔔

Hi Robin, thanks so much for the comment! We appreciate it, especially knowing you're more than aware what goes into making these videos! As for our Grenadier, I'm sure she'd appreciate a hug from you! The trailer is a Patriot X3. Thanks for following along!

It’d be great to get a run down of your set up. Keen to know why you went with an Australian camper. (Nothing wrong with that, there meant to be great)
We spent a year going around Australia with the kids a while ago and am looking at getting another set up to do it again.

Hi Dave, we've had a few messages like this now and so we plan to do a few videos when we get to Turkey that will cover our setup, why we chose what we did and we'll do a full walk around. It's great to hear you're keen to get back out there! Australia again or further afield?
