From past couple days, i am not able to focus completely while meditation. And it bothers me 😞 its like i am physically there but mentally at a lot of places 😢 i would need to know from an expert please. Suggest ❤
Sorry I did not see this sooner! It's totally normal for your mind to wander during meditation, it happens to most of us! The key is not to get frustrated. When you catch your thoughts drifting, just gently bring your focus back to your breath or my words. Think of it like training a puppy. Every time it wanders off, you just calmly guide it back without getting upset. Over time, your mind will get better at staying focused, but it's a practice, not perfection. Just take it one moment at a time!
