Well then the state of Oklahoma or whomever is in violation of cfr part 42 and my hippa rights. I have reviewed this information and learned that law enforcement cannot place undercover informants in the program to go after a substance use disorder patient. 12/01/2021 I obtained services from 12&12 rehabilitation center in Tulsa Oklahoma. During that time I know for a fact and have video evidence that there was an undercover informant there accusing me of things which are not true. I will not disclose her real name but her bias is shawna. And my life was attempted at the facility one morning while I was playing basketball by myself. I was not court ordered it was strictly volunteered on my own consent. So in light of this evidence I will definitely be suing. All parties and agencies involved. Thanks for the info helps out
