2) A 7×5 mm sized polypoidal soft tissue opacification is noted in left maxillary sinus.
3) there is mild rarefaction of the bilateral ethmoid trabeculae.
4) left inferior turbinate hypertrophy is noted.
5) bilateral sphenoid sinuses appears unremarkable.
6) there is no bony erosion or sclerosis.
7) Deviated nasal septum with spur towards left is noted.
8) both orbits and its contents are normal.
9) Olfactory groove is Kero's type II.
10) Optic nerve type I.
Sir this is my CT report, Dr suggested for surgery.
Is it that much severe?

I have this problem from the last 15 years
Vikas Sir, I am having nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis. I was having difficulty in breathing as the polyps were blocking my nasal passage. I saw your advice in march, 2020 and since then I am using Lemna Minor Mother Tincture 5-7 drops twice a day. I got pretty much relief and the problem seems to be under control at the moment. Since it's been 3 months of constant use, should I stop taking it or change to some other medicine... Please advice.

Sir, can I have two medicines at a time? I am an asthma patient for more than 12 years which has caused due to hi level of allergy. Earlier (till around 3 years back) I continued to take omalizumab 600 injection twice in a month. As a result of that I was in a good condition. बहुत सही जानकारी दी है सर आपने। मुझे प्रॉब्लम है कि सिर्फ सोते समय मेरी right side की nosal pipe जो हलक तक जाती है उसमें ब्लीडिंग हो जाती है,, शायद पूरी आराम की अवस्था में जब खर्राटे वाली स्थिति होती है तब ये होता है। और फिर उस साइड में कफ निकलकर जमने लगता है, जिसकी वजह से सांस लेने में दिक्कत आने की वजह से आंख खुल जाती है और जब तलक ये कफ नाक से या हलक से ना निकालूँ तब तलक दिक्कत बनी रहती है। और सुबह को ये कफ निकाल देने के बाद भी हलक और deep नाक में से बहुत गाढ़ा कफ बनता ही रहता है, और मुझे ये थूकते ही रहना पड़ता है।

I’m desperate!! Already had 2 major surgeries when younger. So painful. After giving natural birth I realized the surgery was more painful and I’m 61 now can’t escape mold everywhere and allergic. for me sinus goes off when i do intermittently fasting.
I tried both keto diet and natural raw foods diet (little cooked food).
i observed that sinus is symptom of low immunity. doing healthy keto/naturopathy diet with intermittent fasting will work wonders.
