I had been facing such type of problems for last few years and diagnosed with allopathy treatment with no parmanent results.
At present I am taking Unani treatment from well known Suleman Hakim sahab for last about two months and feeling the relief upto some extent.
Now I have watched this video repeatedly and noted down all the medicines. I am facing all the symptoms whatever doctor sahab illustrated in a very clear words/ language and understood very well since I was a student of biology at graduation level.

@@offtuit It is working. There is a noticeable improvement in my PND. All chronic diseases take time to heal, particularly with homeo medicines. I had a prostate problem with burning urination and pain for sometime 8 years ago. Prostonum drops helped me immensely ever since and I never have suffered from pain and burn since 8 years. The medicine is inexpensive and benign. Allopaths say homeo medicines works on Placebo effect, but I have found homeo medicines are effective with no side reactions. This is a professional envy of allopaths.....

Sir, I am a case of prolonged PND. Although I have been taking medicines prescribed by chest spl still my throat gives me a feeling of settled mucus which I clear by luke warm water etc.I need a permanent solution.
