Yea it sucks I'm unsure what's exactly wrong really bad lifting injury when I was young then threw it out a few times lifting furniture at work it reset dove into a pool from 12 foot board maybe year and half ago my back compressed as I hit the water and I've strained whatever this is twice since then just trying to rest but don't want to miss work stretching it out and standing is not as bad so work yesterday physically was okay
