Any qualifications in software development are worth it no matter where you live. Software developers will always be in demand - especially now with the big boom in AI technologies. Lots of money in software, decent job satisfaction if you enjoy problem solving, usually flexible working arrangement. Very rare you'll find a fully qualified software engineer/developer earning less than £50k a year.
@@sharadshukla7043 it's definitely doable but I wouldn't expect a well paying position without at least some industry experience or relevant qualifications. An apprenticeship might be a shout for your situation, get experience, get qualified and get paid on top of that. Most tech companies pay a decent salary even to their apprentices, nothing mad mind you but as a data sciene apprentice I started on £20k which is pretty decent here in the UK. Most tech/software companies have a decent training budget as well so starting in a lower level position and taking advantage of any training opportunities provided could also be a great way to build a career.
