I tried to do the gel extensions on myself and it was quite difficult. I couldn’t get the extension to stay while trying to flash cure it, it always ended up with bubbles underneath the extension.

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that you're having trouble applying your soft gel extensions. Figuring out the perfect amount of soft gel builder to apply is definitely a learning curve. You need to press the tip down and move your hand underneath the Spectra Flash Cure Lamp simultaneously.

We do recommend having both the Spectra Flash Cure Lamp as well as the full size Spectra Lamp for easiest application! You are going to flash cure each soft gel tip after you apply it, then do a final cure in the full size lamp.

Our tips are pre-etched which means you don't need to prep the inside of the tips, however; you will want to prep the soft gel extension tips after they are applied, and before you apply your dip or gel. This allows the product to properly adhere to the soft gel extension tips.
