In Monstropolis, Mike and Sulley said Boo came "from another world"; and in San Fransokyo, Hiro says the original Baymax end up in another "dimension" (which is practically similar to say "another world"). And in Toy Box, Woody and the others knew about dividing the world into two. With this, I think the whole thing about "keeping the existence of other worlds in secret is losing sense".

I dont know why but they really made Hiro's team look so useless. Most of the time, they get so tired easily and it made them look weak at certain points of the cutscenes. It frustrates me tho. I thought they were better in the movie. I really hope they can show the team doing more.
