"The number of noodles in my favorite soup" took me a minute, ha ha. I have purchased several tools at your recommendation and all have been solid performers. Thanks for all the suggestions, and good choices.
Most of the attempts at humor are just dumb, some funny, and some just go too far; like the noodles. Really? Anal beads? I like your tool reviews and your woodworking demos. The jokes not so much.
I normally don't care for all of the tool reviews that most are doing now but the ones you show are great because they are alternatives to the high price tools that other are showing - great job and some humor as well. Happy New Year

Thanks Bryan I'm on a budget and these tools are right in line for my budget. I did already have the Franklin stud finder and I really love it. You are amazing with projects tools and my money. Thanks so much
Great video Bryan as always so many great tools I’ve bought the Bow push sticks and the Craig corner clamps I bought one off of marketplace so I couldn’t pass it up and I’ve also invested in some of the miles craft which I think is a great deal. Thanks for all the hard work you put into the videos and tools reviews much appreciated. You’re looking great keep up the great work. Happy New Year to you and your family 🍻🎉🍾🎊 Can’t wait to see what 2025 brings.
Thank you so much Jim! Always a pleasure to hear from you! Glad you've found a few Gems along the way. You are wise to look on marketplace for many of these things. I should do a video on tools I get on Marketplace. I think that might make a good one! Thanks as always for watching! :). Really appreciate it!
Ya that would make a great video being on display I’ve got to be smart with the little bit of money I have to buy tools so market place has been a lifesaver for me buying tools and then the deals from your channel for sure. Thanks again for all the hard work Bryan.
The Framing Square fence is a great idea. I hadn't seen it before this vid so thank you. I'm surprised that the Milescraft Tracksaw guide didn't crack the top 30. Perhaps it's because the WEN tracksaw system is featured in the list. I have to say that using the Milescraft guide system with my Metabo circular saw has been a game changer for me -- and the price is a steal.
You know, I'm surprised that track saw guide didn't make it either. I'm guessing it was because I hadn't done the video for it when compiling this list together. Might be on next years! :). Thanks for watching syossetworkshop!
1:23 the Amazon red ones are $12.93 instead of $32 for the orange. I generally find myself locking in referential measurements instead of actually using them as rulers.
@ I bought a set that was about $18 about a year and a half ago, and I’m not sure if these are the same brand or not. I use the shit out of my locking slide rules.
What do you think about the Grizzly combo jointer /planer with helical head cutter.? It comes in 8 and 12 inches. The 8 inch is cheaper, but the 12 inch cost as much as the dewalt . For a novice like me with no workshop. My work area is the front or backyard, kitchen and living room.
I don't have any experience with Grizzly but I have heard good things. I know they have a good customer support system which is great, so I'm guessing it would be worth a shot. Thanks so much for watching Brandon.
As far as the extra-long locking pliers often called tongs by welders and mechanics, can be obtained at harbor freight for a couple of dollars less (reg prices) or less if on sale the shorter ones can often be bought for under $20 Bremen or even less (pittsburg). Or if the 30% off coupons is available.
