    We taught the basics of Accounts Receivable in our "Accounts Receivable Explained" video. But beyond understanding accounts receivable, you also need to undertand A/R Metrics that are used to track A/R performance and cash collections.
    In this video we will take you through an accounts receivable landscape, then introduce you to three great metrics to measure A/R performance... Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Accounts Receivable Turnover (ART), and Collections Effectiveness Index (CEI).

    Thank you for this. It is extremely helpful.
    Regarding indexes and higher being better, is there a baseline/scale you've seen for terrible, satisfactory, excellent, etc?
    ie, 80% is excellent?

      It really depends on the industry you are in and a few other factors, but typically I push to have at least 95% of my A/R current
