Luckily I haven't experienced any bad customer service yet. Usually service here is great, however in China I have noticed most customers in China treat service workers as if they are their servants and that has always grinded my gears. So not to shocked the workers are fighting back. We're all equal. I'm sick of everyone acting as if they are the 老板

Remember that tipping is not required in China, which might make a difference in the quality of providing service.
@@MrMarlonliu there’s not a tipping culture in the UK unless the service is outstanding
Tips aren't accepted in china, in fact tipping is UNacceptable
