Thank you for this video, I was in doubt of the final effect since they put a chrome-like finish on the cap but definitely is extremely hard and almost impossible to get that finish with just spray paint. I do like the finishing even if it's not remotely as shiny as is presented on the cap. And for the love of god, use gloves. Keep those beautiful hands away from solvents! :D

How could you paint glass without a coat of "primer" on it?
I believe the spray paint has primer within it.

@@jun446 Not usually but this is one of those paints that does have a primer/protectant within itself, so no need for a separate primer. That does not mean you can't use one but it may react to it if it's a different make or something so do a test if you decide to.
Simoniz do a tough paint that I've used, that too can be used without a primer, there are probably many more paints that will lay just fine and give some kind of rust protection on metals as well as being chip and scratch resistant.

Think it's suitable for all materials - check the labelling as each 'model' of spray paint are different. Also, I saw rose Gold spray paint, not sure which brand.

If you want more of a shine first paint a clear coat on the. Spray the gold spray paint.
