I feel early marriage without completing education is not a good idea. A girl should have worked for some time before marriage. A girl also needs maturity in taking life decisions.

There is a couple in our relatives who has a son only. They often mention they wanted a girl child to do kanyadaan. I mean don't you want to raise a girl to make her capable as a human being no they just wanted to kanyadaan her to feed their own ego k Bhai punya ka kaam kar liya. If I have a daughter in future I wont ever give her authority to a boy and his parents. If I have a son I will teach him to make garam roti for himself and will condition him to contribute equally in marriage. This needs to change now!!
Nice video Sir. My father was so great. When I completed my graduation he told me to do CA. He wants I should be stay in my life with dignity. You are very true that parents of daughter should always have ownership. Girls need emotional support if something wrong at in laws house. Our old hindi movies shows girls are bechaari. But society has changed a lot and nobody is taking care of problems. Thanks.

Sir, Boy do quit job. I am from Odisha, I quit my well paying permanent job(IT) to accommodate with my wife. She got permanent job at a different location and we decided then I quit my job, doing contract jobs and we are happy.

My brother got married and he is happy with his family. But my parents are happy with daughters. This is reality of life. Daughter in law don't want to stay with mother in law and daughters are serving their parents in old age. ये जिंदगी का कड़वा सच है।

I support my married daughter in raising her kids,we have clarity,we have only daughters.who elsewill support them if we don't.
But mother if she has a son ,she neither support daughter in law nor supports her own daughter in confusion.
Sir I agree but why don't you tell men to cook their own garam roti if they are free. I believe they too have physical strength to cook roti. You said marriage is a companionship and we cannot rely on men to make us happy then why do they rely on us for garam roti cook it for themselves and their parents if they ain't supporting the career of girl. Why do men lack at this. We too feel someone should cook garam roti for us after a hard day at work (Nowadays husbands too don't provide money to working wives so we don't have anything to do with their jobs too). When will this change? There is nothing in marriage left to offer to a girl except for children. I think this institution won't last in future if men don't step up and better themselves. The world will depend on sperm banks and sperm donation and there won't be a need to marry.

Sir, aapko thoda male aur "ladkewalo" ka mindset bhi change karne ke liye protsahit karna chahiye. Husband ko garam roti chahiye isliye wife job chhod de? Samaj sath me aage badh sakta hai.
Yes literally it's not the husband's job to keep the wife happy then it's not the wife's job to give garam roti. marriage is a companionship . If your wife is tired make garam roti for yourself and your parents . It's okay to do this 1-2 times a week . Women too should profit as marriage is just an institution. If marriage is burdensome no need to marry coz inlaws come as a package deal with it better to stay alone look for yourself and adopt then only men will start to change. At least that adopted child will be happy , these inlaws can never be happy and are just burdensome and non supportive.

By 24 ir 25 the foundation of career has not set, nothing without a foundation can survive in the long run, my advice is to set your career foundation strong and then look for marriage

@@nidhiarora1432 one of my friends got married at 22, she continued her job, acquired more skills, achieved a good spot which increased her salary manifolds. They went on 3 honeymoons abroad. And finally had a baby at 29. I think in her case it worked out quite well

What the youtuber try to say is about sustainability. I will tell u my experience I took a software course got job in MNC but due to night shifts I lost health ... later I lost job. Now it's 5 years and I have to upgrade my skill development to get job. I can't take my old job it's outdated . So ur body also has to help u with ur brain.
