    I love rumanian deadlifts for eccentric hamstring loading 😀 Single leg deadlifts are also a great option: I think the combination of hamstring flexability and hip stability is perfect for runners.

    I also like Swiss ball (remember those?) Supine single leg hamstring curls. More 3D than the skateboard.
