Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. In my opinion, Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. And yes, Igor Krutoy is a very good composer. He also wrote Love Is Like A Dream from the Slavic Bazaar in Belarus 2020. It’s an International Festival of Arts and a contest for young singers, which he won in 2015. Dmash was asked if it was true that he sang in the choir with the girls. He replied that it was a choir created at a music studio. Boys and girls sang the same parts in the choir, since boys had a high treble singing voice, similar to the soprano voice of girls. Then the boys grew up, their voices became tenors and baritones. But his voice retained a high range. He was 16. There weren't enough girls with soprano voices in the choir, so he continued to sing there.
