    I can't do a sit up for the life of me but I really felt some of those exercises... thanks a lot!

    Thank you Ingrid💪🏿Some of these I know I can do. I have MS and I believe it has contributed to my weakened core. I’m excited about trying these.

    1 Plank Time 30sec Rest 0sec.
    2 Dead bug Reps 10 Rest 0sec.
    3 Boat Time 30sec Rest 1min.
    1 Ball push-away Reps 8 Rest 0sec.
    2 Hanging knee raise Reps 8 Rest 0sec.
    3 Dumbbell plank drag Reps 8 Rest 1min.
    1 Strict toes to bar Reps 6 Rest 0min.
    2 L-sit Time 30sec Rest 0sec.

    Very intense and really helpful. However when I was scrolling through I was having difficulty with some of the workouts that involve weights because I live upstairs and I can’t really disturb my downstairs apartment neighbors. I think it would be fun and challenging for you guys to come up with Apartment friendly workouts.

    For example it’s not really ideal to do jumping jacks when you live on the second floor or higher. I definitely can’t do ball slams. Burpee‘s are also no. I’ve been really struggling especially during quarantine to figure out workouts that are engaging but also relatively quiet
