WOW - THANK YOU!!! You are the only one who has properly explained how to use this. I just tried your method and WOW it works!!!! Thanks again!
This video should be referred in flexbar’s manual.
Excellent video. Thank you. I like the guy. On the edge and no bullshi...
thank you I bought one 2 months ago and couldn't figure it out....
excellent explanation thank you so much
Thank you
Love how he FLIPS everyone at 2:40 mark. Haha it works the FU-flexor
Great stuff. What is the reason that eccentric (vs concentric) overload works best for tendon rehab?
because people do it slowly. check keith baar work on why isometrics is better than eccentrics
that guy looks a bit like chris christie
Ok put this on the dang instructions manual hahaha
They censor everything! Never seen a video like this! LOL!
what if you have tennis elbows on both elbows? I had the left one for a year(I work with my arms all day long) then I got the right one lately. Ugh! I tried this flex bar and it got more sore after one use. Maybe I should use the band on one arm that I'm not working on while i twist the one I focus on?
I'd get someone else to help you do it
@@danm1063 I have tennis and golfers elbow on both arms, so I do that: I ask one of my family members to do the initial twist and then my arm does the eccentric exercise.
👍💯
This guy reminds me of pollster Frank Luntz
Some dissonance here- physical therapists and overweight and out of shape
People can know different than what they do. Picture an old coach walking with a cane can offer experience to a 20 something powerhouse.
Great stuff. What is the reason that eccentric (vs concentric) overload works best for tendon rehab?
Because the concentric portion shortens/tightens the tissue making the situation worse. Eccentric loading lengthens while strengthening providing a nice stretch to overly tight tissues.
John Smith thank you for the explanation!
