Brings back Memories from collage when worked at Macy's and got my first overtime check on Devils Night i remember picking up my Custom order Copy of Shogun When i got home i found out my Electric got shut off! It was to late to pay the bill so i lite some candles And Turned on my Old Sony Walkmen cracked open the beer Got High as hell and had one of the possable the best Nocturnal Metal Experience in my Life! The next morning my Whole Check went to pay the Electric bill! then it was a Happy Halloween ! needles to say i listened to Shogun more than any Metal Record that year...😉

There's literally nothing Japanese about 'In The Court Of The Dragon' lol. It follows more along the lines of Greek and Medieval mythology

@@DarrenHeywood That's what I'm referring too as well. Both the aesthetic and mythological leanings of ITCOTD are in no way related to Japan. Sword of Damocles for example is a Sicillian story

I'm not that familiar with trivium, does Matt have a naturally higher or lower voice when talking?
@@demonguysayshi2666 He has naturally a very low voice and he trains a ton to achieve higher pitches, and he succeeds lately a lot.
@@demonguysayshi2666 He used to be an amazing singer, but then he worked with David from Disturbed who taught him how to sing higher... now he sings everything really operatically and very falsetto/head voice-y and it doesn’t suit their music (except Silence In The Snow). People blame it on his voice blowout, but here he is singing the way he used to!

I really like the parts where he isnt using his headvoice too much, like in throes of perdition. He should sing lower more, sounds awesome!
