In my country we also have a lot of these old noodle shops but these days more and more are closing business because young people prefer to go to those trendy, expensive cafes or shopping malls to eat.
In Poland, the city of Sopot I paid for Ramen soup, instead of pork, they give beef sirloin and raw mushrooms 1140 yen. We Poles love Japanese cuisine and I think that someone should come to Poland from Japan and open a real Japanese restaurant. Thank you to the cinematographer for a great film :)

Did anyone else notice the chefs left arm? It looks like they might have received severe burns at some point, it must have been incredibly painful.
