Thanks! I haven’t thought of linking my phone before. Not sure I need to with an iPad Pro and iMac desktop. If I think of a reason to do this, it’s nice to know it’s possible. Helpful content btw
The reason why I believe it's important is pro-active. If the link is made now, and tomorrow the phone gets damaged, the iPhone Mirroring app will allow you to make/receive calls, send texts from the phone to anyone (iPhone & Android) regardless of whether you can clearly see the phone's screen or access the touch screen. The way these things usually work is the phone first breaks, then someone scrambles to find a way to access it. By then, most options are not available because the LCD can't be read, or the touch screen has failed. I've seen this happen before with the Windows equivalent "Phone Link".
