I don't ever comment because I guess I like to be a lurker but thank you for the video. I have to put my dog to sleep this weekend and I'm having a hard time this week. I appreciate you all. :)
How anyone hates malignant is mind blowing to me! That film is bats*it crazy and so much fun! Also I can’t wait for Liam to read David to filth next video😅
My sides hurt from laughing at ya'll. My underrated creature feature favortites are - That body jumping alien from The Hidden, that evolved bug from Mimic, and the scourge of any city C.H.U.D. Great movies ya'll need to check out.
Great picks and yes I love that Jeepers Creepers was mentioned I actually live down the road from the school house/church that the movie is based on which is kind of cool but Crawl was another great one I have too mention The Shallows with Blake Lively because it doesn't get enough credit it's so good in my opinion. ❤
There’s some really good picks here. Great video. Except for Pugga. Jk. Just trying to keep my comments consistent 😂 So, back by zero demand, here’s my top 5 list of favorite creature features, which absolutely no one asked for 😂 again, it’s about consistency. 🤷🏼♀️so here it is- from liked films to my favorite creature feature. 5. Slither - I live for a campy monster romp. This film fits that niche perfectly. If you’ve never seen it, and are a fan of films like Army of Darkness, Reanimator and Motel Hell, do yourself a favor and check this one out. It’s ultra fun. 4. Possession - ok. What can I even write about this film that’s a bonafide classic from 1981: Deeply disturbing? Off the rails insane? Highly controversial even till this day? Was banned in several countries? Unlike any other film in existence? Yes. 😂 3. The Descent- While I never had any desire to ever go cave diving before seeing this film, it’s the one that put cave diving in the “absolutely not ever” category for me, and there it’s stayed ever since. 😂 it’s a rather effective film (that’s brilliantly shot btw) BEFORE the creature reveal, where just the claustrophobic nature of it is enough to make your skin crawl. Then when the creature is revealed, things get turned up to 11. There are lively debates in horror communities to this day about the meaning of this film. The hidden subtext, the character back stories, questions about the actual events that transpire in the film (SPOILER*** ie, was it an “all in her head” scenario and there are no monsters, and she actually killed everyone herself- ***SPOILER) and numerous theory explanations of this film. But I simply say it’s a great movie. That will stay with you long after you’ve seen it…even now. 2. Malignant- Camp perfection, a wink and a smile premise, a score using The Pixies WHERE IS MY MIND, great direction and performances, all braced together with incredible visuals and stellar and brilliantly angled shots make this film very near and dear to my heart. And of course David loves it. Cause It’s right up our decrepit alleys 😂 1. Under The Skin- This movie is weird, strange, and unlike anything else. And I absolutely adore this movie. I love the way it’s shot. I love the originality. I love the premise. I love the long segments of no dialogue and dreamlike visionary sequences. I love the score. I love the shocking and disturbing horror elements. I love the performances. I love the ending. It’s a powerful meditation on discovering what really makes us human and binds us each to the other…just under the skin.
This was certainly a delight watching this discussion on Creature Features. My favourite has always been Deep Rising as it's such a good sea-monster movie.
I lost it when Pugga pull up the picture of Gale from Scream 3 and Austin Powers 😂😂 great video and now I have some movies to watch I haven’t seen much of creature feature films so this was helpful👏👀
@TheHorrorHourTV awk no you guys aren't it's understandable i just thought something happened legally or they were becoming greedy and you just decided to stop uploading there haha it's your time not mine I'm patient especially for people I'm a fan of hell i wait years for a youtuber jarred to upload more Big Lez related stuff(an animated show i adore I'm sure one of you guys know it) so just upload when you can, I'll just catch up on here i just wasn't sure what to do as i was like maybe the episodes require viewing but held off just in case. We all know anyway that seeing you guys is waaaaay more entertaining, it is good to have you in my ear on the go tho brought my walks many a laugh 😄
Not sure if you knew. We did start memberships back up. We're doing weekly watch alongs of Twin Peaks. All the way through. We're start Episode 4 tonight!
@TheHorrorHourTV oh i didn't know that that's great ;o; I'll defos join when i get paid then because that is a literal dream seeing my favs react to one of my fav shows, like legit when chuu reacted to my fav movie Climax i could've cried hahahahaha so look forward to it I've got the blu ray boxset for syncing up the watch along if you aren't showing the show haha
For my favorite creature feature I have to pick the shape of water. I know it’s not true full horror but the fish man is unbelievable and such a beautiful creation🐠🧜🏻♂️
🥳 creature features are my favorite! My favorite creature is a werewolf, 🐺 my favorite werewolf movie is Dog Soldiers. 2. Huldra - Thale 2012 3. Mermaids - She Creature 2001 Fav childhood creature feature would be Critters 1986. I loved that movie and always thought the Crites were cute despite being little murder fur balls. However Meg Mucklebones from Legend 1986 was the scariest creature as a kid. Not a huge fan of her to this day however.
LEAVE MY BOY LIAM ALONE YOU BULLIES! but anyways im not huge on creature features but I love sharks and crocs so i was glad to see Deep Blue Sea and Crawl mentioned.
As it pertains the VelociPastor... which I feel compelled to defend for some tragic reason... that movie is made very intentionally. I think to fully grasp how well made it is (in it's badness) you need to have seen Miami Connection first. It really proves you can purposefully make a bad movie that's entertaining af.
Ya'll are giving Pugga hell this episode 😭😂 When he invites you across the pond and goes full Ari Aster, don't act surprised, LOL
We'll hail paimon for protection!
I've loved watching Nick's character development, from first episode "I'm so excited to be here" Nick to present day "Why am I here?" Nick. 😂
He loves it here!!! LOL
I don't ever comment because I guess I like to be a lurker but thank you for the video. I have to put my dog to sleep this weekend and I'm having a hard time this week. I appreciate you all. :)
I am so sorry! That is an awful thing to have to go through (I've been there). Dogs are pure love. You are in my thoughts. ❤
Oh no! That's awful. I'm so sorry to hear that. It's never easy saying goodbye to a fur friend. Sending you hugs.
So so sorry.Sending you so much light and love.💖
Who got David out here looking like Madame Webb???
Ahahahaha!!! Stop it!
33:40 David you are out of line lmaoooooo!!!! And why are Pugga and Nick beefing in this episode? 🤣
We were gagged!
Zzavid is a whole mood 😂 I wish I could get stoned with him it would be the best time ever hahahaha
George is prepping for this. lol
It feels like winning the lottery when you catch Captain Scabs on camera these days. I mean, the prize may be an STD, but it's probably worth it.
Not captain scabs!!!
I truly thought Pugga was going to refer to the monstrosity on Courtney Cox’s head as a ‘creature feature’ and I was entirely on board with it.
And we're deceased.
How anyone hates malignant is mind blowing to me! That film is bats*it crazy and so much fun! Also I can’t wait for Liam to read David to filth next video😅
Malignant is a damn treasure!
Never did I think I would see Zzavid and Puggapillar together 😲. Feels like I’m on a Train to Busan girl.
OMG?! Seek help if you on that train!
How is David on every episode of this but can't get his own vidoes done?
I think you answered your own question.
My sides hurt from laughing at ya'll. My underrated creature feature favortites are - That body jumping alien from The Hidden, that evolved bug from Mimic, and the scourge of any city C.H.U.D. Great movies ya'll need to check out.
Yaaaasss!! We don't talk about The Mimic enough!!!
Great picks and yes I love that Jeepers Creepers was mentioned I actually live down the road from the school house/church that the movie is based on which is kind of cool but Crawl was another great one I have too mention The Shallows with Blake Lively because it doesn't get enough credit it's so good in my opinion. ❤
Have you ever visited there
No I'm thinking about going to it one of these days though
You lived that close to the school house/church. That's a hell no from us. lol
Lol yeah I think it's like 19 minutes away from me
Omg this podcast was VIOLENT 💀 The girlies are fighting!
LMAO!!! We were have a good kiki.

Deep Rising is a fun popcorn flick.
28:45 what was that giggle though? I'm actually creeped out!😅

Kudos mama, thank you for compiling
not the kudos mama.
I love Elektra from Daredevil it’s so cool to hear Zzavid also likes daredevil
Now, let's get him to watch the series.
@@TheHorrorHourTV I need to see him react to at least when elektra comes up. I just feel like it would be a revolutionary moment in my life. lmaoo

He was out of pocket for that!!
My favorite creature feature is Slither. It's gross and campy. I love that.
OMG...the barn moment!!
@@TheHorrorHourTV yes just no. 🤢

Nick and David haven't seen the Daredevil tv series?! It's the best MCU show, y'all need to watch it ASAP!!!
Nope...we're gutted over this fact.
