I am guess you referring to 4k @ 60hz, is this on a mac or windows device? First is it could be the HDMI cable, make sure its a high speed HDMI cable, unfortunately most of the time the HDMI high speed logo is on the packaging and sometimes if you lucky the HDMI cable has it labeled it with. I would say safe bet is to use the HDMI cable that came with the monitor they usually at the standard the monitor can perform.
Can I able to get 1080p (HiDPI) 60Hz through this HUB? So the content and windows are bigger and readable. In direct 4k resolution you can't able to work. I am using Macbook Air M1 and LG 4k Monitor with Ventura 13.3. So can you please check within your setup?

Just bought one for my iPad Air 5gen but the hdmi port is not working, does anyone know why this is the case?
can you use the hub WITHOUT external power? some people say it need external power.

with the 2019 mac book pro 16 the adapter gets very hot, possibly due to mac intel interphase

do you need to download any drivers to use the ethernet port? mine doesnt seem to connect to internet via the ethernet port
No drivers are needed to get the ethernet port to work
