Hi Steve , thanks for the video . Do you know if the new Hisense U8N will have the center mount stand as shown on the product line-up picture ? Looking forward to your full detailed review , take care , Dreamer ,
I'm a big Sony fan but Panasonic makes the best tvs. We have owned a few at my parents home and all still work just fine and the oldest is from 1995. I see them as the Lexus of tvs.
@fortunanguessankonan1921 These companies only bring there Top models to CES, it cost $$$ to build these displays so why basic models are never going to make the roster
If you buy a new Panasonic in the near future make sure to buy an OLED or their top of the line MiniLEDs only, otherwise you're buying a TCL with a Panasonic badge.
Wow! What a cool video, Steve. TV technology has gone through the roof. It's a far cry from the first color TV that we got for our family in 1964. Plus...the electric cars are a mind blower. Glad you had fun at the show.
Steve, do you think the higher-end TCL and Hisense models will be able to close the gap enough when it comes to black levels with OLED? I want a bigger TV for my basement but don't want to spend six grand on the 83' G4.
@@TechSteve It's weird because on one hand people are saying that these newer mini LEDs don't have blooming and that blooming is not an issue, but then they say LED can't match Oled. Kind of confusing.
Thanks Tech Steve, all tvs today can do pretty well but it's how they handle the daily low quality general tv content so looking forward to your future content.
By any chance, did you ask them if the 3000 nite only for the bigger size or for the smallest size like the 65-inch and 55-inch can I hear that the U8N is supposed to have 1600 local dimming Zone is that also confirm?
@@TechSteve such a bummer not to have that kind of information. That would have made my buying decision much easier than still waiting for the release date.
one thing i don't understand is why they ake some large tv's with a center stand but not on 32" or less like they used to..In my case where i have the tv i can't use one with the feet on the ends. Center stands are great on small tv's like mine or even some larger than mine.
Steve, when will you get your hands on some of these 24 models to test? Honestly with these huge screens thats cool an all but normal folk are not going to spend that much. Id say most people want to spend $2500 to 3k max and this is for 75 and 85 inch models. I think new U8N and QM851 are going to be the most popular if they say under the $2500 mark..... also if the S90D stays true and can add close to another 100 nits (full field white) it will be a monster value at 77" as the matte screen on the s95D is going to turn alot of people off. It will be interesting to see if Sony bumps their X90 series up to a miniled backlight another great value if that happens. I was almost going to pull the trigger on the s90C 77 but hten ces 24 happened so I have to wait and see what these displays look like in person and tested etc.
I have no idea on release dates, a lot of my videos aren’t sponsored. I don’t think I’m going to spend 25k - 35k buying to keep up with the sponsored guys
@@TechSteve cause I’ve also been looking at the TCL q5 it’s in 300 in Best Buy and it has Dolby vision and 120hz game accelerator not sure if you’d recommend that instead?
Dependable is subjective. Bad power to homes, cold wet weather, budget models that are built with inexpensive parts, high usage and the list goes on and on. To make a statement that product doesn’t last long is just an interesting statement.

Hi i am little bit confused btw Sony X90L or Samsung QN90C 65inch which is better to buy getting both in same price let me know i mostly watch movies

Thanks Steve it was an amazing trip and had a ton of fun. I still remember selling crt TVs back in the day
Ok boomer.
TCL just wow !!

Nothing can match off which OLED does, I still think the x90l is great for the money id you don’t over think it

@Icipher4 I have both and OLED is great but I like my Sony mini led because it brighter

Nice review keep up the good work Tech Steve
I hope the final version of that remote doesn't look that long okay now. It's getting me interesting to go for the U8N
Can get some information where can I purchase a Samsung au8000 50inch motherboard
I don’t people repair TVs and more
With so many choices out there plus some sales I’m stuck. Looking to get a 75” tv for a max of $1500. Any suggestions?
Sony X90L
Thanks for the suggestion. Much appreciate! Love your channel!
@stevens8227 No problem, like the name

They don’t share details at all

@bradhaughton6698 just remember CES isn’t about sales it’s about concept of the future, it’s not necessarily the final production products

Hi stev great video as always when can we expect to see the new tvs to hit the stores 👍
No dates
Lenovo is doing really good with Motorola but I miss Panasonic TV's in the USA💯
Me to Chris, I guess the sale were dying off
Hey Steve😊😊
Yo
Panasonic > Sony in Picture Processing.
Endgame would be QD Oled Panasonic in USA
That would be EPIC in theory

Maybe because of the weight or something to keep them from tipping over

Yo what budget tv do you recommend for the ps5 around 200-350 max
Any thing at that price, ps5 likes 120Hz panels they play nice together especially Sony with the HDR tone mapping
@@TechSteve would you recommend the x77l?
@VulcanRaven689 yes

You spent seconds on Panasonic. You do know they won best of show.
Mainly because they don’t sell in the United States, I will never review one
dont buy new tv it doesnt last long
What stock should I buy that’s going to go viral?
@@TechSteve from my google search led tv just 4-6 yrs mine only lasted 2 yrs but i have a 2nd one

Bro it’s something neither of us know. You can’t possibly know on these high end TVs to what you own. Let’s just agree to disagree
