I first made these with my grandmother when I was 4 years old. I had my son squeezing potatoes for me when he was 3. These were absolutely delicious. I did learn something though. The mix doesn’t store well. I saved the leftover mix to cook a few days later, and it turned a funky green color. Lesson learned.

Don't throw away potatoes. I hate throwing away food. As a country we waste 40% of all purchased food. Use the freezer and make a potato leek soup or something.
