It's clear why Emily Elizabeth spelled "monkey" that way. She clearly read a lot of 90's Transformers fan blogs that whined about how much they hated Beast Wars. Everyone always saying "TRUKK not MONKEE!" Also, Mac's voice actor once, for a brief time, played a dog that was much more beloved and lovable.

Admittedly, I didn't expect Jetta to be covered in one of these. Even though she was arrogant in a lot of episodes of the series, there are still some occasions where she is reprimanded (Such as in Season 1 Episode 34B). If only mildly.
In the Off the Mark comic strip by Mark Parisi, there's a picture of Clifford smiling while Emily Elizabeth angrily hacks away at an overgrown backyard with a scythe. It reads "World's Best Fertilized Lawn". 😂
I remember the diary episode. This made me laugh so hard. I used to watch this show all the time as a little kid and I never realised how awful Jetta actually is. Fun fact: she’s voiced by Kath Soucie, who among probably hundreds of other characters, has voiced Phil and Lil from “Rugrats” (and in the OG series and the sequel series “All Grown Up!”)_
You should check out the carnival episode where Jetta was suppose to wait for the man delivering the tracker for the hay ride and tell him where to go, and instead she took off before the deliveryman got there because she wanted to go on the ferris wheel.
The episode "Promises, Promises" is a good candidate. Plot: Jetta promises to take Emily Elizabeth to a coral cave only to abandon her and go to an amusement park with a fifth grader.
Emily Elizabeth's journal is filled with stories about her giant dog and how he used to live with 2 female dogs and had slapstick, sitcom adventures in the late 70s. Can't compete with that.
8:51 I actually remember reading a Clifford the Big Red Dog book when I was a kid, where Emily Elizabeth's parents actually do express their concerns about being able to afford feeding Clifford so he and Emily set out to make some money, which eventually leads to them taking down some wanted criminals and receiving a huge cash payment as a reward
Clifford's Really Big Movie had that same premise, but in there, Mr. Bleakman fat shames Clifford, expressing to the Howards his concerns about how they can afford to feed their dog, fearing he'd eat them out of house and home because of his really big appetite. Distraught hearing all of this, Clifford and his friends run off to join the circus and ends up winning a lifetime supply of Tummy Yummies.
Has anyone ever noticed we never see Clio’s ears once in this show like either her big puff ball on her head is covering tall Pluto like ears or small pointed ears. Because they’re obviously not hanging dog ears we would’ve seen them before in the show even when she gets wet we never get a glimpse of them ears.
I think Jetta's worst episodes are when she actively antagonizes Emily and/or Clifford and doesn't learn anything in the end. One episode she taunted Emily with the item (a self-portrait sculpture made of coral) she was going to bring to Show-and-Tell and made fun of Emily's attempts to find something the whole episode. When Emily decided to bring Clifford in the end, Jetta looks down on her for it.
Dang it, now I want to know what happens to Clifford's giant turds. Also, how does a tiny puppy grow into a 20-foot tall dog? The theme song may say that it was Emily Elizabeth's love that made Clifford grow so big, but I'm pretty sure the real answer is that their old home was near one of those nuclear waste dumps.

0:26 No really, Now a movie gets rated PG if they say the word "butt" or something
Coming up next: Dan VS. The IRS
Less than a week till FU DW returns!
Right after the commercial break clip played. An ad was summoned over the video.
Can we actually try to send him loads of sparking pink bows until he needs to make a video about it 😂

Emily Elizabeth predicted the "Monkee" spelling meme.
I was obsessed with this show as a kid and I thought her name was Jenna this whole time 😭
I remember the diary episode.

I grew up with the UK dub of this cartoon and damn did I miss out on Cree Summer as a dog
Fun fact: the seagull reminds me of barracudas because they steal shiny things
Bonus Fact : Originally when Clifford discovers the nest, he was going to immediately place a bear trap in the nest.
At least Jetta apologized I’ll give her that
You should check out the carnival episode where Jetta was suppose to wait for the man delivering the tracker for the hay ride and tell him where to go, and instead she took off before the deliveryman got there because she wanted to go on the ferris wheel.
I’d never thought you would review Clifford, it’s also a good pbs kids show!
That was My idea.
The episode "Promises, Promises" is a good candidate.
Plot: Jetta promises to take Emily Elizabeth to a coral cave only to abandon her and go to an amusement park with a fifth grader.
How can the family afford that giant Bone for Clifford and how do they get it delivered to Birdwell Island?
2:50 Actually, that would be a sire.
You should make more of these! I totally forgot i used to watch ot
Yes, please do a whole FU series of videos with Clifford the Big Red Dog.
In the prequel Emily also had a pet rabbit that us no where to be seen in the original series
Emily Elizabeth's journal is filled with stories about her giant dog and how he used to live with 2 female dogs and had slapstick, sitcom adventures in the late 70s. Can't compete with that.
I want to feel sorry for Jetta because her parents named her after a Volkswagen, but I just remembered how insufferable she is.
Fun Fact: Grey DeLisle voiced both Emily AND the super model woman at the end of this video
inconceivable!
Even as a kid, this episode angered me. The only highlight of it was our favorite trio being funny as always
You have no idea how much seeing that bad seed reference in a video😂
Clifford's daily dumps would make the Augean Stables look downright manageable.
Having Hercules clean up Clifford's poop as one of his labors would be cruel and unusual punishment!
Jetta: Coconuts grow in Hawaii, you know.
Muffin: And they have water in them!
2:28 I can give you one lmao
I think Jetta's worst episodes are when she actively antagonizes Emily and/or Clifford and doesn't learn anything in the end.
One episode she taunted Emily with the item (a self-portrait sculpture made of coral) she was going to bring to Show-and-Tell and made fun of Emily's attempts to find something the whole episode. When Emily decided to bring Clifford in the end, Jetta looks down on her for it.
I never knew Jetta is one heck of a criminal
I love @mattneff videos and I'm a new fu dw fan and new member 1:21
Coconuts have water in them!- muffin heeler.
And jettas coconut has nothing in it
Macadamia nuts don't come from Hawaii, they come from Australia!
Huh, I didn't know that
Who needs enemies with a friend like Jetta? yeesh.
FU Jetta series? If it does happen it would be crazy
