I'm working in PNCB ( para nitro chloro benzene) nitration plant can you please tell me why we use PFR there?

Thanks for your question! In a PNCB nitration plant, a PFR can be typically used because it provides a controlled environment with uniform residence time for the reaction, which is crucial for managing the heat and reaction rate in nitration processes. This setup helps in maintaining product quality and can improve yield by ensuring that the reactants flow continuously through the reactor with minimal back-mixing. Let me know if you’d like to dive deeper into this! :)
