Steam Workshop Guide:
1. Hit the Subscribe button and it should appear in the Workshop tab of your Terraria.
2. Click Use Resource Packs
3. Move the Texture Packs from "Available Packs" to "Enabled Packs"
4. Depending on whether DIO's Terraria Adventure or Jojo's Terraria Adventure is on top, the topmost pack will be the Stand that is shown. (The World / Star Platinum)

Brambl initially it was coincidental, they had based stardust guardian off of a WoW character but the community connected it more with jojo so in 1.4 they made it more JoJo-like, its part of the wiki trivia on it

U can make Mohamed Avdol with the solar armor (? and Kakyoin with the Chlorophyte armor set

I just figured out that the chlorophyte armor may be a reference to Hierophant green since it is a green armor and the armor set buff shoots a leave that looks like an emerald

Can I ask, since I'll likely be using it over Stardust Dragon, you consider making the swords like knives? DIO's knives? Or maybe some other knife-related item?
Also maybe make the sundial after a certain stand from Part 6?
These are merely suggestions and questions, no need to actually do them.

and what do you mean "Drag the .zip file in."?
The google drive file that you download is a .zip file. Just drag that file into the folder that opens when you click on "Open Folder" after you select Texture Pack in Terraria.
