Honestly Dreamcatcher is the first kpop group I've genuinely been in awe of. I love Red Velvet and Blackpink so much but Dreamcatcher is just utterly amazing. Like their concept and choreo and vocals and EVERYTHING.
As an adult I find it hard to get as into bands and such as I did when I was a teenager, but DC brought all that back for me. I stan them so hard and I love all the members so much I don't even really have a bias (ok maybe Gahyeon and Dami win by a tiny amount) and my dream is to some day see them perform with a live band. Doubtful that could happen, but they are called Dreamcatcher after all!

I’m happy that I’ve stumbled on Dreamcatcher. I’m still a fairly new kpop stan (not even a full year😐) and I’m not a fan of super poppy music in general. I’ve had trouble finding female artists that I like, since from what I’ve came across in the past was super poppy songs from girl groups. (Again, nothing against the hard working artists, just not my taste.) I was watching a general kpop video and it showed a bunch of boy groups and who has similar sound so you could get familiar with girl groups if you were new to the fandom, or even in general. I stan Ateez and Stray Kids. It recommended Dreamcatcher if you liked Ateez’s music and Everglow if you liked Stray Kids, since it has similar vibes and concepts. I’ve been a casual listener for a few months and I finally have time to get to know Dreamcatcher. Up until now, the only female artist I’ve stanned is AleXa, who is a smaller solo artist, but her music and concepts and mvs are just *chefs kiss*. I’m glad to be finding more female artists to listen to. Anyway, thanks for coming to my TEDtalk.

hiya! about the handong thing, shes participating in a chinese program thats called youth with you (you might have seen clips from it as lisa from blackpink is a mentor) and thats why she missed out on scream. shes on the show to learn more (because shes only subvocal and doesnt get a lot of lines) but mostly to promote dreamcatcher in china. the filming of the show got postponed because of corona so I think she'll be stuck in china for a while :(( if you wanna support her on the show you can download the iQIYI app and watch the show with english subtitles for free
but yea the rest of the descriptions were kinda on point! they all have a pretty wide register and can hit very high notes, so i think thats why its so hard to differentiate the voices (even i cant do it), but a good thing to know is that siyeon has the highest voice in my experience!
