I got a dental implant as a teenager (was never born with an adult tooth there) and I remember feeling quite sore after the surgery, worse than wisdom teeth, but it's not awful. Life with a dental implant is great, far better than a crown which is at risk of popping off.

thanks for sharing so much about your mouthguard and your battle with clenching. Been tearing my hair out lately trying to work out how to get my clenching under control after being fobbed off by my dentist with a soft guard that makes me chew more! Botox booked, dentist booked to ask for a guard with a block! Thank you!

Jamie, for the lomgest time ive absorbed your calm and grounding aura, enjoyed your content as a welcome distraction to the every day chaos of life, and of course, have thoroughly enjoyed the various ventures and milestone moments.
Ive always admired your genuine gratitude and truly authentic being, like the time you took us on a tour of your old estate and pointed out various places and then reached that absolutely incredible vision that was the area with the tree. I think it was a Blossom tree. Anyway i am rambling, bit long ago you called me your ultimate hype woman, and when i tell you it made my spirit dance never mind lift. 😂 ridiculous ano! Regardless, its a true pleasure to see your investment and hard work work out, with such a prosperous and successful career, it's crazy to say, but with your drive and determination - i am in no doubt , there is still such incredible moments to come.
Whilst i I understand you can only ever speak from your own experience, hearing your anxiety over your tooth, i really wish you knew dental difficulties.
After long term steriods and Cyclophosphamide infusions , at 27 i had to have all but 6 teeth removed and it floored me . I couldnt leave the house, not even to the Fort for over 2years. I was provided dentures of course on the nhs but with my complex health issues, they simply didnt "work". Literally, the top denture would slip and seemed to be fitted for an entirely different person. And i guess in many ways, that is accurate! Im another person now. But then my fabulous sister booked me in for a gift of the most generous kind. She gifted me refit and make of top denture via private dentist for a more "natural" look. It seemed to be, the hint of the light i had missed out on for too long. This was shirt lived howeber when lost the entire 3thousand pounds , which is massive, but more so , the scammers took from me the smidgen of hope i had left , i was too quick to get hopes up and make plans to see friends again, go places , just to look forward to freedom once again but have that obliterated, it was so incredibly painful and i dont think it was meant with any malice nor direct to anyone.however . If i could let you know you are incredible, youre barefaced beauty and the most dream like teeth.
It is your mouth, your emotions, but Jamie, please do not get worked up about that i know you will feel so much better once its done, the word implant seems daunting i know. I send you all the very warmest of wishes , and continue to support you however i can, but i wanted to thank you for being genuine and vulnerable, you may be surprised by just how many people young(nanna) or younger (me) have dental problems that affects their esteem, and for others their life entirely. It is a good job i like soft foods and soups 😂 but to open up and be so vulnerable is another testament to your character and the empath that you are.
Please, know how grateful i am to you for that spotlight, more people need more support than what can be found, speaking may have been just a flippant comment but with your platform you could influence many to consider solutions or programmes for future so that dental care , as much as "hygiene" can be a priority as appose to the luxury it very much is, Sadly.As unthinkable as that may be,
In order to have hot water to bathe, you need to heat the water by means of electricity or gas etc and embarrassingly NOT everyone can have such opportunity.

Tui bee balm and paw paw cream are both excellent to clear up anything skin related on babies. Not sure if you can get them in Scotland (I'm in New Zealand), but there will be somewhere online. Especially the bee balm. It's just the best Xx

❤ach I remember my first ever delivery. Of the I'm not well tshirts, and when I purchased her first palette I could not believe how exciting this was.
More recently I purchased few bits from my younger sisters "wish list" created for her birthday, and sent to any and everyone hoping for Vieve goodies, and so watching her open it up, knowing as she opened her gift, right there in that moment, my baby sister was about to experiment and discover herself and the young woman she is to be , by way of finding her passion for and with make up. Just unforgettable.
Make up is transformative in so many ways.

I went for my Botox top up today and Laura said it’s the first time in 10 years that the Botox has properly worked the way it’s meant to! It’s always helped, but the retainer and Botox combo is the ONE!!!

Omg Jamie my mum always sung clappa clappa handies to us as kids and does now to my kids. Never heard anyone else sing it before (mum is from Glasgow also) 🥰🥰 we are in Australia.
For that little nook corner in the attic? i would totally make that romy's reading nook for when she's older. you could put a bunch of floor pillows pillows and fairie lights and soft things to lay on. maybe even hang a curtain so she feels like its a little special spot for her :)

Nala baby body butter is so good for eczema, my daughter was referred to a paediatric dermatologist but no longer requires it because of this cream. Highly recommend ❤ xxx

Hi Jamie, I have the same bite device for sleep and it has helped my jaw so much! Absolute red neck if anyone apart from your spouse catches you but worth it. Remember and soak in the special cleaning tablets at least once per week!
