Your eye wands sit wonderfully on my skin. I'm also not really a fan of powder blush (again, aging skin), but your blush is just gorgeous. You are not lying when you say it's fine milled! Kudos to you Jamie, you are super talented.

Hey Jamie! I exercise before work 5 days a week (5.30am) and honestly the days I don’t exercise before work I feel sluggish and groggy. When I exercise in the morning I feel so refreshed all day! Definitely helps to clear your mind. Good luck, I’m excited to see your peloton journey!

You can also get padded leggings to wear on the bike, they make it much comfier :) I bought a pair when I did spin classes and I can't imagine doing it without them now

I got a Peloton in December and have never regretted a penny of the cost. I have a gel seat which made a huge difference at first and you might also want to get a fan! Worth trying the strength classes as well as the cycling- the core, arm, barre and pilates classes especially are fab. There are some great Facebook groups for inspiration!
