Advice I learned from my friends dad who was a taekwondo coach.. if someone is about to attack you or approaching you, shout out something really random, it confuses them and gives you a few seconds that could save your life!!
I hope nobody will ever need to take this advice but it worked for my friend. Someone attempted to mug her so she shouted ‘microwavable unicorns’ which stopped the guy for a moment so she could kick him in the balls and run away to safety.
    Stay safe everyone ♥️

I’m glad you touched on the ED part as a girl that has suffered from it after losing my mum I am also abit of a control freak and started to control my food and restrict myself so badly, I also lost my period I felt so un womanly and wasn’t sure if I ever would of got it back but I did ! I remember the day so clearly and being over the moon and they have been regular ever since just want to let you know and whoever else know that choosing to recover it does get easier ❤

Mads am so grateful that man didn't harm you. God had you covered my darling because so many women do not survive these incidents. Please, please do not walk with ear plugs in your ears and carry around a whistle with you when you are walking home alone.
Look into taking Maca powder, it's great for hormone imbalances and bringing your periods back.
Appreciate you for sharing your life updates my Sunshine. I will continue to pray for God to bless and keep you, to make his face shine on you and be gracious to you🙏🏾💛🌼.

This video really hit home🥹 talking about finding yourself and being alone was really inspiring to me as I’m in my early 20s and am in a similar situation with relationships. I loved that you can always pick yourself back up through your dark times. Hey, sorry to hear you experienced what you did - "just" drunk or not, that person's behaviour is disgraceful and any contact with you, is unwanted and physical assault. It is empowering for people to hear you (and anyone who finds themselves in this awful kind of situation) that you used what you've got - a Voice to shout...scream - whatever you can to get attention to yourself especially when someone is physically bigger or stronger than you.
Always good to make eye contact with people you dont recognise in communal areas of your block, most times people want to avoid eye contact with strangers - psychologically when eye contact is made a potential offender will be thinking that their "victim" will be able to identify them if needed.
Fight (which shouting falls within) or Flight - whichever response you can achieve is good. The only reaction which could put you at a disadvantage is if you Freeze. Which can be auto response but if people practice self defence, your auto response becomes Fight or Flight. Not freeze. Stay safe - well done for speaking up about your experience 🙌👮🏼‍♀️

Literally eating full fat versions of everything helped regulate my hormones more than anything, full fat greek yogurt, Ice-cream, butter, full fat milk and plenty of animal protein. Women need fat for healthy hormones. I promise doing this will have your periods back in no time 💕

Agree! 60g of fat daily from whatever source…egg yolks, coconut oil, dairy, nut butters, oily fish, avocado, olives or olive oil, butter, cheese…. Oestrogen needs fat. Wish I knew this before going on the pill because it’s synthetic hormones… you’re not actually fixing the problem, just masking it.

Girls used to tell me I was so “lucky” for having lost my period and it would INFURIATE me! A period is a sign of a healthy, happy, functioning body. The loss of it is certainly not lucky, but a sign that your body is crying for help. I miss mine SO much and I cried so many happy tears when I got it back the first time. I still don’t have it back after losing it again, but I cannot wait for the day I do!

PRAY, pray to god for that period to arrive lol. But truly pray, talk to god, he ultimately knows the desires of your heart. He will place certain road bumps and pot holes in your journey just so you can direct your attention to him, just so you can seek him. God wants nothing more but for you to bring to him everything that’s weighing heavy in your heart so he can then gift you rest, peace, true Joy.
May god protect you, I will be praying for you angel🪽✨

Omg Sarah, I can relate it happend to me when I was 16 on my grandparents house. It was dark (moon light) around 10pm I went to outside on the vineyard/garden because I forgot my jacket hanging somewhere on a pillar and after I grabed it, around 10-15 meters away I noticed some noise and a black shadow of a man at our fountain trying to steal the metal chain and I thougt it was my father and I said to him like "what's going on at that time in the dark" and suddenly he threw something at me, then I realised he wasn't my father and I tried to shout for my father for help as loud as possibly coud but I was so panicked that I lost my voice. I ran as fast I could and then I came right back with my father, our guy just left everything and ran away. It wasn't that bad as your experience but what a scary time... Thanks God you are alright, it could've been worse than that. Gotta be more cautious. Take care out there!

You are so lucky to be alive or at least not touched in that way. I just watched on the news last night, the exact same story you have just told about the elevator and following you to your door and unfortunately, he did terrible things to her and then killed her. This is not to be taken lightly as this happens too often now. Please females always keep a pepper spray on your person or in your purse. Your safety is more important so try getting a taxi or Uber home if it’s after hours since there’s not a lot of people around. And please always make sure that if someone is in the lift with you when you’re going into your door that you’re always looking around you before entering. Thanks be to God that you are OK. 🙏🏼💕

I love my period too after having lost it in the past! I have also lost it whilst on the pill though (due to ED, not the medication). I'm sure someone will correct me but I don't see the logic of going on the pill to get a period back because it's not a "real" menstruation following ovulation, it's just a breakthrough bleed right?
